It’s time for another Internet Marketing Journey Report!
I accomplished a lot this month. As you know, I started out with Shopify in August, and I’m finding so many things I have to learn and keep optimizing on my store to make it better. I’m also busy with creating my mobile app empire. That’s another goal I set at the beginning of the year and I need to make it happen. Another thing I’ve done this month: my team and I privately developed a new and powerful tool for Facebook marketers. You can see all updates about it below.
Let’s get started!
If you read my previous blog post, you’ll know that I’ve moved from Teespring to Shopify. I didn’t launch any new Teespring campaigns and transferred to new eCommerce store at Shopify.
I did this is because I want to create a long-term business. I can sell any products related to my niches, and I can optimize my sales funnel. Furthermore, I can compile customer email lists and use them to sell products, again and again.
There are so many things I need to do. So what! Shopify is a great option if you want to create a long-term business.
I’m setting up my own team for this business. I could handle everything by myself, but I’d have no time for other things. I want to focus on marketing, which I’m passionate about. The product listings, fulfillment, and customer support will be handled by my team. I think I need a few more months before they can run this business by themselves.
I haven’t done a real seminar for about two years. I conducted two PPV workshops in Thailand two times in the past. I enjoy teaching, but I don’t like it when people keep messaging me, especially when I’m working or traveling. That’s why I decided not to do any more training.
Anyway, in last few weeks, my friend, the owner of a Teespring training course in Thailand, invited me to be the guest speaker at her group meeting. I wanted to practice my public speaking skills and I knew that I wouldn’t need to provide much support after the meeting, so I accepted her invitation.
I haven’t conducted a workshop for a long time, but I think I was okay when I spoke. I wasn’t nervous onstage, and I enjoyed talking. Maybe it’s because I knew many people at the meeting – they made me felt like I was at home.
I shared the trick on how to reach two to three times the current number of fans on your existing Facebook Fan Page, for free. This trick helps you make easy money from your Fan Page. I’ll share this trick on my blog in an upcoming post.
Last month, I hired four graphic designers, and there were three games ready to be uploaded to the AppStore. I haven’t uploaded them yet, because I wanted to add some features. I hired an app developer to do that, and to upgrade the code to support iOS9. It was done last week, and soon I’ll upload my games to the App Store.
Now I have to do the keyword research for each game. I’ve done it for just one game. I’ll do it for the other games soon. I expect to make at least $100 a day from mobile apps before the end of the year. Judging by the stats and the games I have now, I think this goal is possible. I’ll write some updates soon.
I started this project two months ago with a friend. Since we are spending massively on Facebook Ads to promote our Teespring and Shopify campaigns, we know that targeting the right audience is very important. In fact, it’s the key to success.
So we started developing a tool to help people target the right audiences to promote their products. This tool isn’t just for people who promote t-shirts or physical products in their eCommerce store, but for everybody who uses Facebook Ads.
We privately released the beta version to a small group of Teespringers this week. Although there are still some minor bugs in the tool, the main functionality is solid and most of the members got satisfying results. Some of them used it to optimize their mobile app campaigns, too.
There are some bugs we learned about from our beta testers, and we’re fixing them now. When all the major functions work perfectly, I’ll send out an email to launch the beta version publicly. If you’re interested, you can join the waiting list for the beta version here: Crozzr – Sell More & Spend Less, With a More Accurate Audience.
I did nothing with my PPV campaigns, but the net profit from my existing campaigns was better than the previous month. I’m not sure why they performed better. Maybe many people left PPV and I got more traffic at a cheaper price. But I’m not too concerned about it. I’ll just let them run!
This month, I plan to finish setting up my Shopify store team and hit $25,000 in revenue from it. Also, I plan to update the set of keywords for two games that have already been launched. I’ll also launch three new mobile games I got from my graphic designers. For the SaaS project, I plan to publicly launch the beta test before the end of the month.
I’m travelling to Osaka in the last week of November, so I need to work hard this month to make sure my business will run without me.
My next post will be about the Facebook trick I shared at my friend’s meeting. I’ll try to finish it next week. Stay tuned!
Bank has been working in the affiliate marketing industry since he was an undergrad in 2008. His favorite traffic source is PPV (Pay-Per-View). In 2013, he started sharing his journey on this blog AlcheBank.com and developed AffLanders.com to help people create PPV landing pages.
